Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the jewelry in its original CRAFTD pouch and premium packaging to ensure it remains protected during transit.
Label and Ship
Generate and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at the nearest authorized carrier location.
Quality Check and Refund
Once our workshop receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange item within 3-5 business days.
