What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are defective.
Does CRAFTD jewelry tarnish or turn skin green?
No. Our jewelry is crafted using premium 316L stainless steel and plated in real 18k gold or silver. It is water, heat, and sweat resistant, ensuring it will not discolor or irritate your skin.

Is there a warranty on my purchase?
Yes, all CRAFTD pieces come with a Lifetime Warranty. If your jewelry fades, breaks, or tarnishes through normal wear, we will replace it for free.
